Location and comfort are nice, and the hotel is kept fairly clean.

It was a very nice experience, I loved facilities and rooms.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, but everything was wonderful.

Appreciated the place, had a really great stay on vacation. The rooms were huge with 2 separate beds, the staff were courteous. Good dishes, central location. The hotel restaurant was amazing inside the lobby.

The property was BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED and we had a very special stay. Hotel had a super location and great service. Poolside bar was lively and spotless.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a great area, next to the highway, Universal Studios. Central location of this family-run property was a bonus. I truly enjoyed the room with two beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Late check-out was useful.

Comfortable place for a 1-night stay.

Functional room, spotless and good little place, dedicated staff.

Room was reasonably large, bed was large, staff was lovely. Thai style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. The restaurant was fabulous, offered excellent food. An amusement park and restaurants were located near the venue. The airport was 16 miles away from here, perfect location. The hotel had snacks in the lobby.

It was within walking distance of Sal's Market Deli, where you can have lunch.

Overall I truly enjoyed that brilliant hotel. This venue was set in a central area. Rooms were upscale and authentic with incredible beds. Attractive staff were more than helpful. Excellent service, good hot breakfast.

Everything was simply beautiful. There were first class staff and location for a such wonderful stay. Spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. The view from the window was magnificent.

Polite service, warm room and cool location. There were microwave and coffee in the room, greatly enjoyed that. A wide array of options nearby, I visited an amusement park and restaurants near the hotel...

The staff was absolutely excellent, the room was impeccable and the breakfast was exceptionally good, all as we expected. Lovely beds and coffee and iron/ironing board. Phenomenal location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Hard Rock Orlando. Reasonably priced hotel with an exceptional service. Liked its good wifi.

It was a fine base for our good stay. Fabulous staff, warm breakfast, very well kept rooms. Everything was just perfect and within 27 minutes' drive of Orlando International airport. Hotel was clean enough.

Fashionable rooms, best staff, five star location - liked it! The staff did all they can for an enjoyable stay. Really large suite and super comfy bed. Food in the cold buffet breakfast was perfect.

Wi-fi was slow.

The venue is problematic, nonetheless it offers unbeatable location and has funny staff. Nice hot cold buffet breakfast with awesome choices. The hotel is in the downtown zone.

the beds were comfortable in our room. greatly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant courtyard deli, no need to go somewhere else. fast check-in. superb base for exploring orlando.

It deserves its 4 stars. Room was spacious enough, bigger then in most Orlando hotels. Booked table at American Grill, it's their onsite restaurant.

Bad smell in the room.

900 feet away there is Carnivale. For sure we would book here again. 30 minutes drive to the airport. 4-star hotel in Orlando.

Good sized rooms. There was a bus stop in the vicinity. It's worth staying here and exploring Universal Studios Orlando district. No reason to complain with the hotel
